About The Bazar Hostel

The Bazar Hostel in Budapest is certainly not a Bazar place to stay even though the name may very well imply that to begin with. Instead, this hostel is not only in a very good location, right at the heart of the city, but it is also fresh, clean, and the staff are outstanding.

The hostel is in the traditional Jewish Quarter of the city and it has 11 rather spacious rooms of various sizes. You also then have access to a shared kitchen and lounge that is also pretty impressive with it being a wonderful place for you to just sit and relax and get to know the other guests. Alternatively, there are different forms of entertainment in the room so you will always be able to keep yourself occupied.

The rooms are impressive in the Bazar Hostel and each one has a work desk which is certainly different from the norm. You will also find that there is a mix of shared as well as private bathrooms so there is no need to worry about there being too many of you to the one bathroom. Also, the rooms do tend to be quite colorful when it comes to the decor and one cool additional feature is that the beds have their own lamps if you wish to catch up on your reading at night.

This hostel also has a 24 hour reception desk which is always going to be useful and it is pet friendly although you do need to really let them known in advance as a courtesy thing. There is also a laundry service available at the hostel although once again this has to be discussed with the staff to let them know what it is that you need to have laundered and the cost involved. Also, there is free Wi-Fi throughout the building.

One final word has to be said about the staff. They are not only friendly and capable of speaking several languages, but at the same time they are also very well versed on Budapest as a whole and what you need to check out. Of course the fact they are there 24/7 is also going to help you.
Overall, the Bazar Hostel in Budapest has a lot of things going for it in the way of facilities that are available. It is very well looked after, is in pristine condition, and the staff are undoubtedly there to help. All in all, it is a great place to stay during your visit to Budapest.
